With a career marked by exceptional training and a commitment to advanced dental care, Dr. Amit Narang stands as a distinguished implantologist. He holds a certification in Implantology from the prestigious Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Boston, USA. His journey in dentistry began with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai, in 1998.

Dr. Narang’s early career included a residency at Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital, New Delhi, and University College of Medical Sciences & Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital, Delhi, from 2000 to 2002. His passion for dental implants was ignited in 2001, leading him to pursue various courses in Implantology. In 2006, he attended an advanced course in Surgical & Prosthetic Oral Implantology at Harvard, where he specialized in the Bicon Implant System, known for its cementless and screwless prosthetic options that ensure long-term stability of crestal bone.

Dr. Narang’s expertise extends to complex procedures such as lateral and crestal sinus lift surgeries, ridge expansion and splitting, and on lay grafting from both intra-oral and extra-oral sites. His skills were further honed in 2012 through a comprehensive course on ridge splitting and bone grafting using a micro saw from Dentsply, under the guidance of Prof. Fouad Khoury at the Privatzahnklinik Schloss Schellenstein in Germany.

As a life member of the Academy of Oral Implantology, Dr. Narang has significantly contributed to the field. He was an organizing committee member for the 6th Annual Conference in New Delhi in 2011 and the ICOI 2nd South East Asia Implant Symposium in 2013.

Dr. Narang is an integral part of the Axis Implant Team, proficient in advanced implantological procedures, including sinus lifts, ridge splits, autogenous bone harvesting, and various bone grafting techniques. His expertise encompasses full mouth reconstructions, immediate and delayed placement/loading, and innovative solutions like “Teeth in an Hour” using the All-on-Four approach from Nobel BioCare.
